Everyone is innately “psychic.” Nothing is weird or special about it. The energies are changing every day and I believe that in the near future, as the veil thins, more and more people will discover an ability to listen and communicate with the other side. It will become mainstream, part of normal every day life. These skills will be acknowledged and taught to children at a very young age so that they can experience this their entire lives. How would it be to live your whole life with this divine assistance, that is there for you at every turn? Simply ask, and the message, symbol, or picture necessary to grasp that message comes almost instantaneously! This is how I experience my life now, but it is also how many others in this community do as well. It’s a complete departure from anything I thought possible even months before my awakening.
We are born into this world with ALL of these connections, our guides/angels were specifically chosen by us to help us along the way before we were born. The problem is that this communication usually isn’t nurtured or supported properly or at all during childhood. Our systems need supreme clarity in order for you to perceive of and understand how these energies work. The trick or hack is learning how to be the operator of your own life - to take back that power.
The problem is that the voices in our head aren’t clear. How do you know what’s helping or hurting you? You must first quiet the loud voices through which the subconscious speaks (fear, doubt, worry, or sadness) and establish what they are, limiting beliefs than no human being is exempt from. Anything else is from sources of light and truth. At heart, we are all conduits of the same ever flowing, universal energy that seeks to help us. Real progress comes from accepting that negative thoughts are there and understanding that they can’t control you (If you seek to deny them as not a part of yourself, that’s going another direction.)
When you accept that negative thoughts and anxieties are there, but choose not to give them a microphone, and then move past them by making a choice for your betterment, this is called “standing in your shadow.” In order to walk in the light, which is the way of the future, you must accept the good and bad qualities about yourself. Start with learning what’s there first - try meditating. You’ll eventually learn that NOTHING in your life happens coincidentally, it’s all created by your thoughts, either consciously or subconsciously. Most of the world is still living their whole life asleep, overrun by their subconscious unknowingly. That will change, slowly. You may already see it happening.
Meditating is the process of consciously observing your thoughts on a daily basis in a non-judgemental way. In silence, devoid of distractions. There’s no wrong way to meditate and there are many, many strategies. It’s an exercise in non-thinking and non-judgement that will give you the tools to take your life back, especially now when the universe seems to be screaming at us to take the time for observation. Start small, maybe five minutes a day. The key is consistency, repetitive action taken every day. In less than a week, you will experience the benefits!
